I was browsing the web recently looking for nutrition and healthy eating tips and ran across this article.
At the Terrasante Community we grown much of our own food and share it. We share the labor to grow it, get together as a community to harvest it, and we we come together at mealtime to eat it. It made me think of those who don’t do that and their cost associated with not growing their own food.
So if you aren’t growing, the next best thing is trying to get the healthiest food for the least amount of cost.
This article gives a quick menu that allows you to eat pretty healthy for about $36 a week. Let us know what you think!
After trying this, perhaps you will think about registering and joining us for our upcoming Food Growing Seminars. Look for more info here in the coming weeks!
